Privacy

SorellaBella operates under a privacy policy which is committed to the following:

  • Any information gathered through our website's boutique or throughout the online registration process is used only for the purposes of the transaction, in order to complete a sale.
  • We do not re-use/sell or disclose any of your personal details to anyone, with the excpetion of Australia Post and any authorised financial service providers for the purposes of the transaction.
  • We will only use your personal information to contact you should you choose to register to receive our email newsletters.
  • SorellaBella reserves its right to update it's privacy policy. Any changes will become available to our customers on our website as they occur.

 

Shipping and Returns

Our shipping method within Australia is via Fastway Couriers. Our courier service requires a signature on delivery, which means we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We offer courier delivery to our customers at a flat rate of $10.

Shipping is free to any customer who spends $100 or more in one transaction.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days of order placement, however delivery times may vary depending on the distance your order is being sent.

Delivery guidelines are as follows:

QLD: 1 business day
  • NSW: 1-2 business days
  • SA & VIC: 2-3 business days
  • WA & TAS: 2-7 business days
  • NT: 2 business days

    We can offer Australia Post Express as a faster method of shipment. Please advise us if you would prefer us to use this method. Please note however that if you choose this method, you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibiliy for items lost in transit when using Australia Post.

    Any damage to goods in transit we will take responsibility for. Please contact us to arrange return and replacement of the damaged item.

    We ship internationally for a flat rate of $25.00.

    We aim to have our stock availability as up to date as possible at all times. Should an item be ordered at the same time by two different parties, we will contact you to discuss the new delivery timeframe. Should the item not be able to be re-ordered, will will offer a full refund.

    Returns
    At SorellaBella, we understand that at times you may purchase a product that does not fit, or is not what you wanted, simply because you have not been able to try the item on. For that reason, we will offer a refund on full priced items (excluding postage cost) returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order, with the exception of sale items and when a coupon code is used.

    IMPORTANT: Please be advised we do not offer any returns on orders placed using coupon codes greater than 50%. This is considered to be a FINAL SALE of goods so please choose carefully.

    Any postage relating to a return is at the customer's expense, with the exception of damaged goods, where SorellaBella will cover this.
    We ask that you send a return via registered post as we do not take responsibility for any item lost when being returned.
